Who is Colton Harris?

Representing buyers and sellers in Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and across the Front Range, Colton strives to achieve those memorable moments with his unwavering commitment to providing expert guidance that is transparent, responsive, and solutions-oriented. Owing to his mother’s real estate career, Colton became fascinated by architecture and design at a young age. Before entering the industry, his work as a cardiac technician helped him develop the patience, empathy, and communication skills he leverages as a real estate broker. Colton has been duly recognized in the business, receiving the Pathways to Homeownership Award from the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR) in its first year of being presented. The award recognizes members who devote their time, businesses, and lives to helping underserved communities. 

Colton also holds a bevy of designations, including At Home With Diversity® (AHWD), whose diversity initiatives help agents gain a competitive edge; Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), which adds value by thoroughly and accurately assessing a home’s worth; and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR®), a designation earned through the elite National Association of REALTORS® and which imparts a rigorous understanding of distressed property transactions.

Colton grew up in Texas and Colorado and has lived in Denver since 2011. He currently resides in the Hilltop neighborhood, which he loves for its architecture and strong sense of community. In his free time, you might find Colton enjoying Colorado’s great outdoors or rafting or hiking with his beloved Shiba Inus, Ralph and Rufus. An ardent traveler, he has prioritized visiting the modern-day Seven Wonders of the World.
